I requested for a transfer of funds about 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for it to be resolved. I have provided all the required information yet they keep saying that my account is not verified. I have asked them for further clarification but all I get is total silence, even from their online helpdesk. If I could give them half a star I would. I sent an email to them asking for someone to call me, and so far nothing again. Very disappointed and think twice before depositing any funds with them. The funds transfer is manually requested and done via email.

The platform offers a lot of options and info that can be helpful. Easy to deposit and withdraw from your account.

Omg, keep yourself far away from them. SCAM. Some of your support colleague was really rude with me. Told me that i waste his time and I act like a silly woman…when I kindly asked for deleting my profile…. I have never experienced such a ting in my life that a support worker who supposed to help me actually is sending me to hell?

Trotzdem, dass FXNovus bereits alle meine Dokumente bekommen hat und mein Konto verifiziert ist, verlangt FXNovus nochmals die gleichen Dokumente und zusätzlich noch eine handschriftliche Unterschrift. Das grenzt so ziemlich hart an Scamming. Die €250 habe ich abgeschrieben und rate dringend von Aktivitäten mit FXNovus ab. Eine absolut unseriös Firma !!!

Kein seriöser Kundendienst. Ich habe mündlich und schriftlich mehrmals verlangt, dass mein Konto und die Daten über mich gelöscht werden. Es passierte einfach nichts. Ich rate von dieser Firma dingend ab.

Asesoran intensión al mente para que uno pierda. Porque si son asesores de una impresa internacional, uno solo pierde y le dicen que deposité más pRa recuperar lo que perdió pero ellos saben que lo hacen para hacer que uno pierda todo lo que logran que uno deposite con tanta mentira. Felicidades al dueño de la empresa que es que gana con las pérdidas de uno

I do not advise anyone to trade in this platform. They lure you bit by bit to put in more money… at first they will advise on trade that make quick money for you and most ppl would become like wow easy quick money and become greedy (learn a hard lesson) and would like to trade more but then the next trade most likely they will advise on trade that losing some money but they will ask you to put in more money to be able to cover the long term risk by buy more when the price is going down. They will also trying to fish out how much income and other investments you have and pressurised you to withdraw your other investments to put money with them quickly (with excuse to not miss good opportunities to trade). It’s all a tactic to get ppl to put in more money fast. They also said it’s not a gambling when you put enough money to cover the risk but it’s gambling alright cause they WILL NOT GUARANTEE anything if you lost your money. I would not recommend this at all and their recommendations / advices are all tactics to get your money in and fast. Make $300 in a day but lost all my money thousand plus the next day, acct become $0 and they just advise to top up more money….. what a joke. Another thing, their ways of trading are no where close to the advertisement that they put …. Dishonest stay away from them!!! Read other one star reviews and decide for yourselves. I dare not give my acct to you as if you call me and i spoke to you, you will pressurise and luring me to put more money into the account. Unless you can guarantee a return for my lost, i wont speak or put my money again over there. There are other platforms and managements that are more trustworthy than your brokers, they do not keep calling nor pressurised me to put more money into the account and i have recoup the lost i suffered from FXnovus through these platforms.

One of the best trading brokers in the market and ultimately i have made a lot of money here in the last weeks.it's been very positive for my life and i am so greatful for everything.

The account manager assigned to me advised against making my own moves. He stressed that I have to stick to his FOREX trading positions and not deviate from it. His 3 positions did not make money for weeks. Then he tells me to put in more money so that I can spread the risk. Where is the logic? If his positions are wrong, why would I trust him with more money? I had to endure the daily calling (bordering on harassment) until I told him on Telegram not to call me anymore. He tried to "justify" the daily calls by "educating" me on the markets. After he was surprised by my awareness of Nvidia, he continued with his spiel but cannot answer questions raised by me, on Nvidia! I decided to close the account and once again the daily calls started. I answered one of the calls and only to be told that I did not make money because the money was not enough. That only strengthened my resolve to write this review. The only parties making money from this is the FX Novus platform and all the brokers tied to the trades. If 1000 people put in US$250 each. That adds up to US$250K. You do the math. If you are smart, close the account. After I posted this review, FX sent a system-generated reply to ask that I email them. I have already emailed them several times since 26 June 2024 but received no replies from them on the fund withdrawal and closure of account.

I had a call with my account manager who has been very helpful getting me started with trading. My biggest problems is that I don't always have enough time to manage my trades. Not sure it fits my busy schedule
