Well unfortuntely, I am also having a similar experience as the one star reviewer below - we were put on to this orgasation by reeds rains of wilmslow and yes they are not coming accross and professional at all - biggest problem they have is they request paperwork then lose it or decide it needs to be in other formats maybe I need to write to the government ombudsman to see what they think ? - so far I give this organisation MINUS 10 out of 10 I will cut and paste the reveiw headings below Woefully incompetent - Incompetence overload - Little use - Use your own solicitors. - Bad experience - Medway law have provided an appalling - Appalling customer service - Horrendous - Negligent - Staggering levels of complacency the list of comments goes on and on - I will be contacting I am sold tommorow and will ask reeds rains to contact the purchaser as I think what is being done to them is unfair 56 Days ? this property has been up for sale for over 1 1/2 years - Does the law society still exist ?

I have not met a more incompetent company until now. Avoid them at all costs. Here is a brief overview of my experience without getting into details: - Their phone number doesn't work (it goes straight to voicemails which they do not return) - Over email, they'll promise to respond with a callback only to not do that at all - My contact was arrogant, straight up lied, and showed no interest in being helpful - The entire group of companies markets a seamless 56-day process. However, that's false as they'll basically drag their feet until the 11th hour at which point they'll keep asking for extensions
