As someone who knows absolutely nothing about instruments I reached out in search of a gift for a family member. The response was instant, I knew I need a left handed ukulele which is pretty hard to find, this wasn't an issue they customized a ukulele to suit a left hander, not only that it was delivered personally to insure this was delivered before Christmas..I can't fault anything about this company.
