Having lost both my emails and the Internet I was desperate to get up and running again. I found Rascom I.T. on the Internet before it broke down and Rob tried to sort out my problem remotely but my security system wouldn't let him in. He came out within a few days and sorted all my problems out and got me running again. The main thing I felt was very helpful was that he explained what was going on and how he could cure the problems and explain in language I understood.
