I'm confused by what has happened with my account on Tombola I have been playing Tombola since 2018. It has made me feel upset as I feel I have been treated unfairly. I haven't been gambling a substantial amount of money and it didn't have a bad impact on my financial life as the lady on the phone did confirm I do not gamble a lot of money. I feel this situation has been dealt with unfairly. I received a phone call from Tombola asking for information regarding my circumstances. I explained my 12-year-old daughter had passed away from a brain tumour 💔 because of my going through bereavement.. so they decided to close my account for 6 months. This has played on my mind how did a gambling site 😕 Shut me down.. I feel this is discrimination all because my child passed away. I would understand if I had been gambling a lot of money but I haven't been so I'm so confused by this. It has upset me to be treated differently very sad to do this to someone 😞
