I loved tombola , however it went downhill when the new games kept being introduced, then I won a top prize and won a jackpot champion straight after ! I was elated , but then I received an email asking for bank statements and payslips for months previous so they could assess my finances!!!! This took weeks and still nothing , ended up closing my account , feel vilified for playing the games and actually winning ! Terrible site , seen others complain about the same thing and seems you only get to stay when you don't win anything Update: from the reply sent , I believe it should be up to me to decide that j already sent documents and you want months worth of payslips , I dont see why there could not have been a limit imposed or a conversation about it , just out of the blue , I have since closed my account but not because I wanted to I was happy playing the games
