Go to reputable websites like temple and Webster who are outstanding. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company attempted to take the route of customer shaming; making me feel as though I was being unreasonable about my complaint. I am pleased others have expressed similar disgust about their experiences. I feel vindicated. It seems only right that they have ceased trading.

United Kingdom | 30 May 2017Well after waiting three months for my Barcelon chair and ottoman I tried to contact vita interiors since February I have emailed every email address and telephoned day after day asking for Rory or anybody in fact to get in touch with me unfortunately I have had no response what so ever,so if your going to perchase anything from vita interiors please be aware there is no after sales service as far as I am aware,one very disappointed customer,

United Kingdom | 27 March 2017I made an order to Vita Interiors in early January . I paid up front for 2 Hans Wenger style chairs and an Eileen Grey side table . Delivery was very good , the items arriving just days after my order . Unfortunately when I opened up the boxes I was rather disappointed to find that the chairs were not matching ( 2 different colours ) and the table was just a frame without its glass top ! I have sent numerous emails and made many telephones calls , all have been unanswered ! I used this company because a friend recommended them to me , I now wish that I had researched this company more before I made my order .

This company have been reported to Trading Standards, have refused to respond to any emails/phone calls and I am not trying to retrieve my money through the small claims court. When I spoke to the CAB they told me that Vita Interiors are no longer trading and have closed the business. The phone number has also been cut off.

Didn't receive an order confirmation email, so initally concerned, but after a few days they returned my emails and the 2 chairs turned up on time and in perfect condition. Great price, great lead time and great product...very happy. Lee Smith Herts

United Kingdom | 16 March 2017So I ordered my chair around the beginning of October 2016!!!!! was told 8-10 weeks and nothing!!! Then was told 12 weeks - still nothing and finally got told in the middle of January to pay the rest of my bill and it would be delivered next week - i asked for some form of compensation for the wait and heard nothing!!! Finally after dozens of phone calls (none of which were answered) and numerous emails (none of which i have received a response) I asked for a refund on my deposit!!! It is now the middle of March 2017 - well over 5 months and all i want is my deposit back - Im gonna blow and this is just completely unacceptable. I have worked within retail for well over 25 years and this is just not on. If anyone knows of Rory Mcalpine (its easy to find out from google!!!) then please let him know that he needs to sort this out for me and the others!!!

United Kingdom | 13 March 2017I ordered a chair from Vita Interiors on 30 December and paid a deposit with an estimated 83 day delivery lead time. Fortunately I didn't have to pay the full amount as I have had no contact from them and they do not respond to emails or take phone calls. I did manage to get through once on the phone and was assured the order was going through but then I have heard nothing since and the long lead time is now almost up. There has been a 'everything must go' sale on their website and the chair I ordered no is longer listed so I assume they have gone out of business but I cant find any information about it. I am posting this as I saw another review with a similar problem.

United Kingdom | 15 February 2017I recently purchased a Hans J. Wegner style armchair from Vita Interiors. At first I was disappointed by the long delivery date, however it was so worth waiting for. I am so happy I chose this supplier over others I found offering similar price products. The quality of the chair is fantastic, it is absolutely perfect in every way. The quality of the customer service is fantastic, my emails were answered promptly and personally. Delivery was fantastic, driver was both on time, polite and helpful. They said it would be 3 months and it was about 3 months delivery. I am so pleased that I chose this company when searching for the Wegner style chair, I feel it's always a risk buying unseen, however I can say from my heart, with Vita, it was a risk that has paid off and was worth taking.

Denmark | 08 February 2017The communication with Vita was excellent when a ordered the items and the communication about delivery as well. I received the items but 2 of the items was not good. It was the Egg chair and stool. I have sent pictures of the items to Vita to compliane over the big sports in the leather and an uneven stool. The other items (2 lamps and the bird) was beautiful. I have sent several mails but haven't heard anything. A bad end to a story that could have been good. I have passed on the case to the Consumer Association in England. I have previously shopped with vita and there was all so fine - including the service. Therefore it becomes so disappointing.

United Kingdom | 24 January 2017Having travelled to Corsham today, we arrived at what was described on Vita website as a "slick showroom" this does not exist - it is located on a rundown industrial estate, and when we spoke to a member of staff they denied all knowledge of any showroom! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

United Kingdom | 03 December 2016I ordered a Eames style table which arrived in good time, however it was in my opinion faulty. After almost two weeks of telephone calls and emails which went unanswered I spoke to someone at Vita who was completely disinterested and did not acknowledge or apologise for how difficult it had been to contact them. He then arranged for its collection the following day. A couple of weeks later a refund was issued - minus £18 for a return delivery charge which I was not made aware of at any point/nor is it detailed on their returns policy on the website. After a further week of trying to find out why the charge had been deducted I was told that the table had been looked over in their warehouse and was not deemed to be faulty and that caps needed to be removed - a simple issue that could of been resolved over the telephone had the member of staff shown any interest or asked any questions - although whether or not there is any truth in this who knows! Since then I have emailed/phoned and had no response at all. Appalling customer service - I would not recommend at all!

We had to return the ottoman stool as it had some marks on it, but even though we called over a month after we had received it (it was a birthday present and didn't open it immediately) they arranged collection very quickly, fixed the problem and delivered it back very promptly. Delivery service texted with a one hour time slot in the morning which is always handy. I was very pleased with the service, product and how they handled my problem.

Vita called me to arrange the best day for me to have the chair delivered - delivery was from a company with a 1 hour window. The chair is fabulous and the quality (and price) exceeded my expectations. Will buy here again for sure.

United Kingdom | 11 October 2016I purchased an Eames inspired House Bird, the second one actually, for friends of mines Wedding present. The item was delivered after 8 weeks. We were not able to give the present to my friends until 3 months later when we next saw them, where upon opening the box, the bird inside was broken. I have emailed Vita Interiors 6 times asking to return the item and order another one, I didn't want a refund. They finally responded today saying I had only 48 hrs after delivery to ask for a refund. I am assuming the change in designer copyright law will put a severe dent if their business. Use this company at your peril.

All three chairs are fantastic quality, particularly for the price paid. Highly recommended.

Innerhalb weniger Stunden habe ich Rückmeldung auf meine Fragen erhalten, die Ware wird mit einer zusätzlich gesicherten Funktion von Visa/Mastercard bezahlt (ich hatte secure payment verified by visa), Vita ist dafür als Dienstleister gelistet, was ich auch schon mal toll fand. Die Lieferung war innerhalb weniger Tage da (ging schneller als bei Impressionen!) und ich bin begeistert von der Qualität. Es war also sicher nicht das letzte Mal, dass ich dort bestellt habe! Also ich kann einfach nichts negatives sagen..Einfach nur zum empfehlen!
