I mistakenly forgot to include a love heart, so I emailed in and got a very professional response back and it was no trouble including the heart even after I had ordered the key ring. Wow these arrived so quickly and look beautiful! Very impressed with the quality, the colour is bright, the words are clear and I love that this is made from wood so is not contributing to the global plastic problem. A discount for larger orders would be a good incentive as it’s a little expensive if you have a large family and you want a bauble for everyone, but I was happy to settle with one for each grandchild instead.
