Me encantan estas zapatillas y mucho más el servicio. El primer par que pedí presentaba un problema de fabricación, les contacté y me lo repusieron en seguida. Las llevo todos los días y son estilosas y muy cómodas. Lo que más desfruto de ellas, el que esten hechas aquí y que fomenten la sostenibilidad de los productos además del desarrollo local. Ya no hablamos del mundo que dejaremos a los que vengan sino del mundo en el que queremos vivir! Otra cosa que me encanta de esta marca es el rollo unisex, yo gasto una talla 43 y me he pasado la vida condenada a zapatillas diseñadas para "gusto masculino". Creo que esta apuesta por hacer zapatillas para todes a todos los niveles es maravillosa.

The costumer support really needs improvement, complicated return procedures, bad communication, messages in Spanish although I am obviously an non-spanish costumer. After I had received the wrong size and had sent back the package, I received several emails asking where the returned package was and that I need to hurry up, although I had sent it back a week ago and had already sent them proof. Emails aren’t responded promptly so that after 4 weeks of back and forth for buying a pair of sneakers I was not interested anymore, although I am vegan for nearly 10 years and have always been supporting vegan businesses since day one. Sorry Arze, but that’s not the way an online business can work.

Sneakers arrived within a good delivery timeframe! They were packaged minimally, which is great! It took a few days to break them in, but I’m flat-footed so that might have something to do with it. I love the shape and size of them, not too narrow and they feel comfortable to walk in now.
