I never got my order and when I tried to contact about that, I never got an answer

I never received my order. I sent emails to ask what had happened.Never received a reply. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

SCAM - NO ANSWERS - NO DELIVERY - ALL SCAMS

I did not receive my last order and I have been charged for it. I’ve sent inquiries 3 times and sent a Facebook message. Asked for tracking information. Have not received that either. First two purchases were flawless, but now when I have an issue, am not getting any response. Terrible service.

Didn't receive my order emailed them several times with no reply would never order from this company again it takes your money but don't send out your products they are a con please be aware

I placed an order on Dec 23, 2023. My credit card was charged. It's Feb 21, 2024 and they never update, or follow up about my order. They never shipped the product. I even sent email to the support and never got any reply.

I have ordered many times in the past, however, my last order was never received. I emailed Crushy Balls more than 6 times in total and received every excuse possible for my order not being shipped. Finally after sending another 3 or 4 emails that I received NO response to, I telephoned my credit card company and explained my frustration with the situation and the happily reversed the charges on my card. I am now ordering elsewhere and have received my orders promptly. They also actually respond to Customer inquiries. I will no longer order from Crushy Balls!

I never received my package. I ordered around $35 worth of ball. it’s been 2 months since i’ve ordered and I still haven’t received my order.

Never got what i paid for. Tried to email them but no response at all.

Never received the order, all emails requesting an update on the order went unanswered. No correspondence from the vendor whatsoever.
