We purchase a new 6M trailer from White Horse Motors Exeter, with lots of additional extra's i.e winch, car load etc, when delivery was taken the trailer did not come with remote winch control, we were advised we had taken it when the deposit was taken, which was incorrect. When the delivery of the trailer was taken and checked over on return to our office, the jockey wheel was observed to be damaged. We advised the garage, we did have the electric winch control and jockey wheel was damaged. The remote winch was then found by the garage, but advised jockey wheel was not their fault and responsibility. On examining of the jockey you could see the tread was very worn and not a new wheel. We have purchase numerous vehicles from White Horse Motors and we are very disappointed with the service and response. From this experience we will not be looking to purchase any other vehicles and trailers from the garage, a disappointing experience in terms of customer service.

I have used White Horse Motors for all my vehicle needs for a long time now. I find them helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and they make me feel that my custom is valued. Sometimes garages can feel daunting for a female. I never feel that way at White Horse.

Initial sales process was fine, with good test drives offered. Delivery was later than promised and had to be chased. Custom work was terrible - took too long, no updates given and quality of workmanship was very poor.

Wouldn't say the staff were rude but I actually bought my car years ago from Whitehorse motors- CD player worked for a matter of hours- took it back- they reset it- worked for a couple of hours again- then bust. As I live 30 miles away it would have cost me a fortune to keep going back so I just left it. Paid a lot for the car. if anyone feels like getting on touch to actually resolve this then get in touch by email please.
