I'm very pleased with my new dining room chairs from TOV Furniture. The website was detailed which made me feel confident in my choice. The chairs shipped very fast and were well packaged. They are beautiful and seem high quality. I will definitely check out TOV for my future furniture needs.

I was looking for a chair for my music room and fell in love with the Mimosa Black Velvet Swivel chair. I was concerned about the quality of the velvet and requested a sample. They promptly sent a fabric sample and it was everything I loved about velvet. I love TOV’s prompt customer service response. my item was delayed due to low inventory but you communicated when it would be back in stock. Once in stock, you communicated again when it shipped out. Love the quality and uniqueness of your furniture.

TOV Furniture has a great selection of interesting pieces, when they come, they are nice quality. I said "when they come" because the items are almost never in stock, even when they say they are in stock. I've ordered from them 5 times because I love their selection, but every single time, I've received an email stating the items I ordered are now on backorder. I've cancelled two orders, received two orders, and am about to cancel my final order with them after receiving another "we're sorry" email. When I followed up on my most recent order, I was told the items are ready to be shipped, just awaiting the carrier to pick them up...they have no idea when the carrier will pick them up (weird). The next day, I get an email that the inventory was miscounted so I won't be receiving my order any time soon (VERY inconvenient and they don't offer you anything for the incessant inconveniences). Their customer service is great, they're quick and convenient with the online chat feature but I don't want to deal with their customer service every single time I want to give them my money. I want my items to arrive in a timely manner.

Customer service from TOV is top notch. I worked with Mariela and she was terrific in helping me solve my issue. I hope to do business with this company again!

The customer service from TOV is appalling. They are taking no responsibility in helping us (my wife purchased it) remedy their defective product yet they had the gaul to ask us for their help in the same email. Unbelievable. We purchased their Serengeti lamp in September, 2022, and recently had it professionally installed by an electrician after renovating our porch. Everyday we find grass on our entryway that has fallen off the lamp overnight to the point now where the excessively priced $439 lamp, looks horrible. We cannot turn the light on at night anymore because it shines through the top and makes it look cheap. We have even tried very low wattage light bulbs in hope that will fix the problem but alas it's been to no avail. We cannot believe how poor the workmanship is on this lamp and worse still the customer service from TOV.

I ordered my dining table from tov on Nov 23 with the delivery mentioned 7-10 days, it has been 18 days and the status is bizarre, they say that the table didn’t fit in the truck and will be scheduled in a day or two, it has been 14 days until this conversation and they blame everything on the warehouse manager that he is still not getting in touch with the store and we are still unaware of the situation, we call everyday to inquire about our order but there is no news, one agent tells that our case is with another representative who is trying to get in touch with the manager and so on…. We still have no idea what is taking so long, I mentioned this to the company several times that I have our house warming dinner on the 18th and our friends and relatives are flying from different states but there is no way to get the right answer, overall our experience with TOV is horrendous.

This is my 7th order of TOV Furniture. This is now the 3rd occasion where the order is delayed and they do nothing. The sectional I ordered is literally sitting in the warehouse of the delivery company less than two hours of my house. I am so drained from this experience and the 8 phone calls, 2+ hours on the phone, plus multiple emails I simply don't have energy to rehash it all. What I will say is this: This is one of those companies who hires outsourced "customer service" agents to answer your call. But they are not empowered to DO anything but send an email. They can't connect you to a supervisor, they can't call their dispatch team, they can't call their vendors at the warehouse. They just tell you they'll call you back. Don't. And then when you call them, tell you they're working on it. When you question it you find out "working on it" means sitting in their chair waiting for a response to their email. They tell you to call back in a day or two. Not because they're doing anything about the problem. But because they don't want to talk to you any more and "can't" do anything else but wait, hope and see. This is not service. This is not an exchange of money for goods. It should be illegal in this country to take my money before you deliver my item. And yet here we are: $2500 out of my pocket, my furniture sitting in a warehouse because the delivery company says they have no drivers due to a pandemic that ended 18 months ago and no one doing a thing to rectify it. So I'm left with the frustration, stress, effort and loss of time/money - with no couch to sit on to sip the bourbon I will need to calm down from this racket.

Ordered some lamps. Lamps are fine. Communication was a mess with TOV, who sent me an email letting me know my order was shipped after I received them. I also tried to inquire if they had a showroom near me (the website says they do but the link to the address was broken), and couldn't get a straight answer. Their website has almost zero customer reviews. I left a 4-star review for the lamps, it was never posted online but the company replied to me by email? I left another review, this time with 5 stars (but not a 5-star text) and it was immediately posted, but they've since deleted it. When I replied to the original email to ask if they delete reviews I received a generic "We'll take your feedback into consideration" reply. This feels like shady behavior. Just remove the review section on your website if you don't want customers weighing in.

I love my Freya couch; soft and stylish. The only issue is it creeks almost as if the support is going to break. I’ve only had the couch for a month and plan to reach out about this issue. I’ve never had a couch do this, especially when only one person is sitting on it. I love the couch and would hate to have to return it.

I had a Porter sofa in Forest Green delivered to a client and they are thrilled that it is so comfortable for the price. The material feels really good, and it looks as exactly as promised.

Waiting for over a year. No money refunded. Ordered a bed that every three months kept getting delayed. When I finally cancelled the bed 9 months after ordering as it wasn't going to arrive till over a year from the original order date I assume I'd get my money back. Over a month after ordering I have no money back, email and called and waiting for a response. Awful service, no one should have to chase for money on a cancelled order.

I ordered a bed and a bench. I received confirmation of my order right away. I was notified when the order was in the hands of the delivery company and I was notified when a delivery date was set. Everything was very clear and concise. I love the bed. The matching bench is way too soft, the cushions are not firm AT ALL. Overall, I had zero issues.

Bought the Trident nightstand and Dresser. Great looking, sturdy, affordable price for the looks!. Arrived mostly assembled, just had to attach the legs. Extremely satisfied with Tov Service!
