I ordered something and it was too small. I was told they would send me a return form. I have yet to receive it. This has been several weeks ago. Opened up a box today. Missing an item, yet it is listed as being in the box. This is a Christmas gift and I wonder how long it will take them to correct this problem? I am NOT happy with this company at all. If they do not fix the problem in a matter of days, this will be the LAST time I order from this company.

To know that there is one site where the guessing is eliminated and the pricing is honest and fair for the quality of the product. 14-years ago I jumped back into Martial Arts switching from Karate to Gung Fu and was happy to find that CMA had both available to me.

I am so sad to have to post a low rating for Century Martial Arts. As a martial arts club, we have been loyally using Century for years. recently we ordered mats from Century. They were sub-standard, which was surprising, and we had to return them. The return became painful...requiring multiple calls and nearly 2 weeks of checking to see why a refund was not issued. Eventually, although very late in the process, most of our money was returned (we were out shipping both ways... nearly $500) and everything straitened out. The saddest part was not the money lost...finally I spoke with a manager to determine why the hold on our refund after receiving the merchandise back at Century. He admitted that is was their error, but with a cursory apology...in the conversation I mentioned that we had used Century for years...there was no "we value your business" said or implied. All communication was cordial but not appreciative. I realize that we are one of the "small guys", our school does not produce the orders that Century receives from others. But, as a business owner in 3 industries and nearly 30 years, I value EVERY CUSTOMER regardless of the amount that they add to my profit-line. There are many months that the consistent loyalty of the "small guys" changes our outlook and take us over the top. I wish Century Martial Arts valued small but loyal contributors with a (free) "thank you so much for your business! We appreciate that you are there ordering month in and month out." I was taught early in business: "the small but loyal buyers will take you to success, and often grow to become your large accounts". I guess we need to find other sources that believe and appreciate ALL customers and are not afraid to voice that appreciation... especially when they make a mistake. BTW..we went to DOLLAMUR SPORT SURFACES for our mats and they are FANTASTIC (not even in the same league).

Your paying for Fast delivery and Peace of mind. But compared to some of you I understand you didn't receive that. Well, I received Fast delivery with 85% peace of mind. The packaging is perfect. After opening and expecting my new order I noticed some loose threads on the garments. Nodoubt left behind by the seamstress. So I had to shake off / pick away and tie up some loose threading on the outside seam of my Kung Fu pants. The top Kung Fu top arrived pressed and crisp. Both items are made with excellent quality materials but you will have to trim away some loose threading which is hanging of the stitch. Be careful of that, some of the loose threads are sewn into the garment so don't bother them. Let them be. I recognize and understand Everything Man Made has Flaws, simply because man is flawed. Nothing is going to be 100% perfect. Although we, me or some of us would like it be.... Perfect. Aside from me having to tie up 3 loose end strings of thread on the left outer seam of the pants and shake the loose threads off both gaments, (Pants and Top) I would've given 5 stars but became a little frustrated when I had to do some improvisation thread tie and knot and shake off all loose threading. 3 stars. PS. I would still recommend Century over alot of other stores though. Because of the pressed Top, and awesome packaging of the whole order. Web customer service is great. But the website during checkout did crash/ had problems. After clicking Retry a couple times the purchase was successfully completed.

I've opened my first studio in 2013 and have been using Century sparring gear and uniforms since 2004. I still highly recommend Century products and sell them at both of my studios, located in Stillwater and Enid Oklahoma.

I called in to pay my bill, I got transferred two times to the wrong agent, they called me by a different name, she put me on hold for 22 minutes, after I received a call at the studio asking for me I mean... What kind of cheap shitt show are they running in this company??? They are getting so unprofessional lately, I wish they had competition so they up their game.. No wonder business go out of business because they don't adapt and the people who work there get complaisant.

Constant stock issues with many items. Before taking a customers money and making yourself look like a fool, you better get a date of when it will be restocked, but then again that date will move around on you as well.

I bought something from here and it was too small so I sent it back to be returned for a bigger size on June 12th. It got there on the 16th and they didn't send me a confirmation email or anything. So I contacted them today to find out if they even received the item I sent back and they told me to provide the tracking number which is dumb because they should have it marked as received on my account when they got it. I was told that it takes 4-6 WEEKS to process which is dumb (never buying from there again for this reason). They were out of stock of the gloves I wanted to exchange for and so they told me to pick some other gloves so I picked the cheapest gloves (24.99) since I only paid 9.99 for the gloves I received and everything else was out of stock. Then they were trying to make me pay the difference (16.50) and an exchange fee (6.00). I already spent 10 dollars shipping the damn things back now I have to pay an addition 22 dollars? I could have just went to the store and bought the same exact gloves for cheaper after dealing with all of this. I'M NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN. Save yourself time and money and do the same. I'm only giving two stars because the guy who helped me was really nice and genuinely cared.

Worst company ever. I was some other company carried what the do. Ripped me off, lost my order, just unwilling to help. I will not use their company ever again. Used them years ago, same issues, nothing has changed.

Century has a great variety of products. Pricing is not always the best but still competitive. Shipping is fast. Very innovative with new designs and products. For school owners sometimes best to order a sample before quantity orders.

I bought the Stealth Kamas for my dad's birthday since he can learn a weapon at Karate. When we got them they are no better than a child's toy and felt like cheap plastic. Definitely not worth the price! When I returned them I not only had to pay for shipping the item back, but they don't refund you the shipping either from when they sent it like other others. Very disappointed and annoyed. Will never order from again.

Had no trouble ordering the items, but when it came time for delivery, I was charged $10 and never received them. After waiting an extra week I finally called customer service. I was informed that the package had been returned to Century due to damage to the packaging. I was never notified, so I never thought to check my credit card statement (as they had reimbursed my card a week after the product had been unknowingly returned). To make up for a month long wait for items, they did nothing other than charge me again for the same product, but they covered the shipping. Gee,how nice of them. Let's hope it gets here this time.

During the order process, the website crashed, creating a duplicate order. No one in the Shipping Dept. caught the fact that two identical sets of orders with sequential order numbers were generated. I would think that this would have been worth a quick phone call. The Bo-Staff arrived broken. The outer package was perfect, so I can only assume that someone in the Shipping Dept. just doesn't care about what they ship out to the customer. I called about the breakage and was told to send pictures. I sent the pictures and was told that "it would be taken care of". I followed up with an email asking when I would be receiving a replacement, but have yet to receive a response. Normally you would expect any company to work hard to restore confidence after an error like this occurs, but not in this case. I will probably have to call Century a third time regarding the double charges, I had refused delivery of the 2nd order as was instructed by Customer Support, but after the first two errors, I seriously doubt they will automatically refund the duplicate charge to my credit card. I am not pleased with Century Martial Arts. This doesn't inspire confidence for any future orders.
