Having looked at many different oven plans and kits and having had the chance to use several, I found the Oven Brothers Original Bro offered the best balance of everything on my want list. The company was excellent in the its communication; the kit was shipped quickly, arrived well and was packed immaculately; the instructions were clear and easy to follow; the pieces were precision cut and wonderfully well manufactured; and the whole oven came together quite easily and quickly. I had heard the firebrick could be tricky to fit, but it was easy enough to cut and really didn’t pose a challenge. In use the oven heats up surprisingly fast! With practice we have managed to start the fire, begin prepping our ingredients, and have the oven box at temperature about the same time our pizza is ready to go in! All in all an excellent experience with solidly good value!

We ordered a pizza steel for our son-in-law for his birthday, placing the order online. I messed up the shipping address by accident, but a short email with the correction was answered immediately and all arrived at the proper location very quickly. Great customer service and a great product. Very happy.

I'm still waiting to use the pizza. Our inground pool should be done soon. The oven is built like a tank. I love it! Delivery was great they put it in the garage for us. So far it's a 5 star experience. Thank you so much.

I purchased the smaller Original Bro pizza oven and found the ordering process very straightforward. Shipping was relatively quick and it arrived safe and sound in a large, well packed heavy crate. I chose to assemble it myself despite a strong suggestion to have 2 people available. Assembly instructions were unclear in several locations and watching the You-tube video helpful but needed to be repeatedly watched. More clear instructions would be most helpful. That aside, it went together and is a solid "beast". It heats in under 45 minutes and cooks pizzas in less than 3 minutes depending on desired charring. Flatbreads cook incredibly fast. I also ordered the black, synthetic zippered cover and it is of excellent quality and fits the stove very well. We are very pleased with this product and are glad we bought the smaller size as cooking time is so rapid, why would a larger unit even be necessary.

First and foremost, absolutely great customer service!!! The grill is solid, of great quality and well worth the investment. I'll be handing down this grill to my sons one day... in my will mind you. They can get their own while I'm still alive! JJ

Awesome unit!! The firebricks were super tight I forced them in and broke one but other than that the assembly was easy! We love the look, and it cooks great! Highly recommend.

The oven is well made and good quality. It was easy to assemble. It is large enough to cook two pizzas at the same time. We like it so much, we're installing it in a special BBQ roof, and will attach a stove pipe for venting though the roof.

I very much enjoy this indirect wood fired oven. Still looking to refine my skills and expand my cooking options. With 600f +++ available, I now have new possibilities available. If only OB can have a in-oven camera available to buy I wouldn't need to keep looking :) Only negative is how much wood it gobbles up. Very happy with my big bro pizzas oven,and all the assorted products such as cover, and scrapper etc . Had my 65 birthday in August and was so much fun making 20 pizzas it was a fun social event letting everybody make their own pizzas everybody enjoyed it .
