Alastair has been extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. As this was my first ever lease I had many questions to ask about the process and next steps but Alastair has always kept me up to date with regular (sometimes daily) updates which made the experience a lot smoother. I also have to give credit to the support team who were also very responsive and kept me well informed until the day the car was delivered.
