I am very happy with everything. Right from the beginning everything is well organised. I was picked up at the airport and taken to my hotel. I got a message to let me know when I was going to be picked up for my pre-op assessment. Again the driver was on time and took me to Attelia. Attelia's clinic and reception area is absolutely spotless! I have never seen clinical areas that well tended and clean. I was greeted by a patient co-ordinator who was my designated person for my whole stay. The co-ordinator was polite, friendly and very helpful. Everything was explained to me in absolute detail. Lots of tests were carried out to make sure everything was safe. My treatment plan was changed as I didn't need all my teeth removed but needed a sinus lift and bone graft. This changed my bill. I told the co-ordinator that I thought the bill could be lowered and amazingly they did! The day of the surgery I was treated very well. Again everything was very clean and I received top notch care. When I woke up and was in pain I asked for pain relief which I was given promptly. After the surgery I was monitored for three hours and only when I was feeling well enough taken to a pharmacy and then hotel. I was given just in case mess for the possibility that all pharmacies were shut. I paid for my meds which was very cheap. I was taken back to the hotel and felt great. I then went a day later back to the clinic to see if I was happy with the crowns and bridges. I was so emotional I nearly cried. My teeth have NEVER looked better. Then they put the teeth protecting plastic teeth back on and did all the adjustments for the following day. My dentist made sure I had plenty of pain relief before the fitting. He fit the teeth and they looked even better. I was told to keep up with my pain relief and antibiotics. The day following this I was picked up again for the last check up and final adjustments. Again the dentist was brilliant as was the patient co-ordinator. I was told the had done procedure less than planned and the money was given back to me. This was very honest and I wouldn't have known the difference. It was further proof to me how honest, professional and caring this clinic is with its patients. The hotel was nice and functional. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean and generally good. I am glad I had my procedures with Attelia. I am looking forward to coming back in six months to get my permanent teeth and implants fixed. I have no regrets and can recommend this clinic. I met other people that got treatment elsewhere and their experience was negative. So I can only say Attelia is the best and I can highly recommend them!

Good service and quickly to resolve issues

I came here to have all of my upper jaw implants and my lower jaw veneers. They did a great job and I am honestly so happy with the results, I can finally smile again and I am so grateful for all of the wonderful people here. Everyone here at the clinics are so wonderful and take great care in everything they do. This truly is the best clinic in Antalya and I cannot recommend you enough to come and have treatment here. They always use the latest technology and the best possible materials, the results are honestly so worth it. Special thanks to Gulsun our patient coordinater and Firat, Surgeon Arif, Dentist Kubra who are so professional and possibly the best people at Attelia clinic. Nun nach insgesamt 5 Tagen kann ich folgendes mitteilen: Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich von Anfang bis Ende Der Professionalität gibt es nichts hinzuzufügen! Einfach Top Begleit Person ebenso sehr freundlich und sprach sehr gut deutsch Alles in einem eine tolle Erlebnisse gehabt, (bis auf 2 schmerzhaftenTag die auch verständlich sind) ZÄHNE: bin überaus zufrieden, besonders deshalb da sich die Zähne so anfühlen als wären Sie mein Echte, kein Kiefer Verstellung, kein Sprachstörungen ebenso Top. Preis: vor Ort gab es zwar ein Preisaufschlag! Doch die war meines Erachtens vertretbar. Lediglich die Planung war anfangs wenig holprig. I chose attelia back in 2018, the day they finished my treatment my new teeth felt natural, I have been back a couple of more times, because the work is excellent, and I know I will leave happy with the work. This time 2024, I had more work done. The teeth I have now on top jaw feel good with no pain. 10 out of 10 for this clinic.

We came here at part of 4 families and all got some treatment done, namely hygiene teeth clean, they were hospitable, friendly and professional. No pressure consultation with honey feedback. The reception area was great, free snacks and kids play area. We are happy with the service and will use again if need to do treatment. Thanks you from all our families.
