Gas & Elec does over 300 jobs every week , we do not ask our customers to write reviews because after 22 years in Business we do not have to , furthermore we are nothing to do with gas-elec safety ltd who have bad reviews and people put on our reviews . Trustpilot is a scam site that allow false reviews , and as they are in denmark they will just leave those reviews in place and try to charge companies in the UK to remove them , its a scam and they are con men

Called them out to fix some faulty wiring. Was still experiencing problems, but they would not come back out unless I paid a GBP250 call-out fee. I ended up getting another contractor into fix it and they said that the original work was 'slapdash'. I would therefore not recommend these people. I was later called by the owner who was very rude. AVOID. UPDATE (26th August 2019): I contacted the owner of Gas and Elec today, after he sent me a request via this site to discuss the matter. I have re-affirmed that my review is truthful and that I would be pleased to meet him to discuss matters, either at my home where he performed his 'work', or at an alternative location. I furthermore stated that my expectation would be that he would refund the monies paid to him in full. I have also requested that he should conduct himself professionally and put his case - if he disagrees with me - based on factual evidence, and not resort to name-calling and insults. If the matter is not resolved, I will be seeking full recovery in the small claims court, but I am hoping that the owner will act responsibly and settle the matter without the need for litigation. I await his response.

I had an Emergency with my Electrical System in my shop and this Business corrected the Problem when i called them out , good service . Rebecca Hamilton .
