Prompt response whenever an issue pops up. They is now an offline mode of the system so can use without internet. However to have a backup need internet. Cons Currently some instability due to shifting of servers.

Video tutorials were available and the team took me through any questions I had. UI is extremely user friendly and fast. Reports and analytics set up so you can make the best decisions for the business. Would recommend 100%!
