With my busy schedule, I’ve found myself forgetting to eat, not making the time (or losing track of time) to eat, and then gorging myself during dinner. This resulted in a physique that didn’t improve with my normal workouts. My poor eating habits stemmed from a lack of structure and a lack of guidance. I knew this, but I didn’t know HOW to do better. So, I reached out to Kelly because I realized I needed to make a shift. I honestly had no idea what I was in store for. I had joined a recipe challenge with Kelly in the past, so I assumed some great recipes and meal prepping would be the answer. HAH! That was not the case and, had that been all I received, it would have only been a temporary solution for me, personally, because I lacked some fundamentals that will carry me confidently into the rest of my life. Kelly spent so much time with me (online/phone) to learn about my current situation (body weight, measurements, daily eating routine, types of food I like, etc.). Soon, I received a weekly list of meals and ingredients that correlate to my personal taste. I also received alternative foods and suggestions. Kelly explained exactly how many calories, fat, carbs, and protein I needed to transform by body to what I was looking to achieve. I’m going to be 100% honest: I thought, “Is this one more thing I need to manage? I don’t have time for this…” When I discovered that I would have to actually learn and integrate something new into my life, I was instantly resistant, but Kelly calmed me down and assured me I could handle it. She was right and I realized that becoming more aware of how often I eat and what I put in my body was necessary and NOT a big deal. It just became part of my routine…it became second nature…easy breezy!! By the way, I have not felt any “lack” – I love the food I eat, and I do not feel deprived at all. Kelly REALLY helped pave the path for a lifetime of good choices. I feel good and I am confident in my body! Thank you Kelly!!!

Concerns about energy, protection against deficiencies and portion control were always addressed with reference materials for ongoing education and solid solutions. Her recommendation to watch the 'FORKS OVER KNIVES' documentary resulted in a massive positive change in bloodwork via Labs. Kelly's Nutrition Counseling is highly recommended for those interested in serious lifelong lifestyle improvements. As I also have an ongoing relationship with Kelly as my chosen Certified Trainer assisting through numerous injuries from auto accidents, I can only give the highest off-the-charts recommendation to any potential client seeking a certified Plant Nutritionist and a Certified Trainer. We love her. I selected Kelly as my Trainer a few years ago -- great results in weight loss and inches. A few years later, I reached out again with a plan for additional weight loss and education for a lifelong cardio/stretching/light weights plan. United States | 08 February 2023Being diagnosed with diabetes last December and having an A1C of 12.2! I was put on 2 medications.I reached out to Kelly for help. She has helped me to learn how to read nutrition labels and make better choices along with eating more fruits and vegetables. I have lost 20 pounds and my A1C is at 7.8 after 6 weeks! Kelly also has me on a fitness program which has been so helpful as well. She keeps me motivated. My Doctor is so impressed with my determination and commitment and that my numbers have dropped dramatically! I am now only on one medication , which by the way its half the dosage from what I started out with. He wants me to continue working with Kelly and see me back in 3 months to check my A1C and over all health. Thanks again Kelly!!
