United Kingdom | 15 December 2022Unfortunately I had to put 1 star or couldn’t do the review. WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a corner sofa from them and after many delays due which may have been out with their control I was eventually advised that the item would be delivered on the 5/12/2022. The sofa was not fit for purpose: - hole in front part, numerous rips and a part of it looked used. I requested that it be taken away and do not accept delivery. (This was best thing to do for my consumer rights!) 6/12/2022 I contacted Morale and advised them of the situation - they had a report with pictures from the delivery company. I was told by a director Mr Shaoib Ali, after refusing the shop floor model and £175 off that I would be given a refund by the end of the week. Next day 7/12/2022 received a call from Mr Farouq Ali, also a Director who advised that he was cancelling a customer order and could deliver a replacement sofa on the 8/12/2022. I declined and advised that Mr S Ali had agreed a refund. I was then informed by Mr Farouq Ali that I “wasn’t getting a refund” and that I could “take it up with my bank”. This call was disgusting and abusive . I terminated the call. I emailed the company advising that I wanted a refund. I then received a text message asking me to “please accept the replacement 3 corner sofa with a compensation of £350” I declined and advised I wanted a full refund. Today, the 15/12/2022 I have been advised that my refund has been processed DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. READ THE T’s & C’s on their website! #roguetraders

United Kingdom | 05 October 2021Without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with . We ordered a couch, 2 dining tables with 10 chairs . First of all the customer service is TERRIBLE. Not only are they incredibly rude, there is no communication from them at all. I’ve had to chase them up at every opportunity . My order didn’t arrived , then when it did , 4 months later there were no chairs with the order (they told me they would be 4 weeks). 6 months later I finally received my order , only for one of the chairs to be damaged . I also paid for delivery & for the items to be assembled. Only for the manager to say I had agreed to pick the chairs up - which I clearly never and assemble myself. They also didn’t call me to advise our items arrived . I only found out after calling myself I can’t be bothered having to deal with the manager about the damaged good as I will get nowhere with him / them. It’s that bad I am keeping the damaged chair and getting it professionally cleaned myself (pink dye on white chair). That’s how bad the customer service is !! I don’t have the energy to call them for the 13373838 time ! Avoid this place like the plague!!

United Kingdom | 31 July 2021Extremely poor Customer Service...Saw a pendant light shade in their showroom at nearly £200...was advised by the showroom manager that due to there being no electrician available to remove the shade from the ceiling we could not have it....over the next few days I called re electrician...recorded message no one available to take your call...but wait!..eventually get to speak to someone and advised we will call you when we can take it off the ceiling....that was over a week ago with no word...Spent our £200 in John Lewis yesterday....

I am taking the time to write this review as the staff at Morale have been absolutely excellent they have the real personal touch and very professional. I would definitely buy from them again.

You guessed it - it turned out item was not in stock and delivery did not occur in 7 days. As of today they cannot say when the item will be delivered. Crap management, crap policies, crap customer service.

Ordered a table and chairs back in October that was supposed to be delivered in Nov, had to chase it up myself to find out where it is, was then told Jan, then Feb and now still nothing. Emailed the manager usman and he was so rude in the emails, the service is poor, the product never arrived and now I have to chase them for a refund after 6 months! Shocking! Save yourself the hassle and order somewhere else.

United Kingdom | 09 June 2020Purchased the Ariana table with six chairs, late delivery due to covid was to be expected, arrived in boxes which were placed in my dinning room. Currently sent over 10 emails no reply from any disgusting customer relations. Marble top does not sit on frame properly 5mm gap on one corner chairs have fabric issues, obviously as a company not bothered with customer dissatisfaction or returning emails. Avoid this company do not buy their products lots of negative reviews.

With very little use the seams on the seat pad have come undone, it is under manufacturers warranty so I contacted the company (who trade under first furniture also) they advised that they would contact the manufacturer. I chased this up they then said they would send a replacement, then I chased up again they said it would be with you over the next two weeks and that was now more than 5 weeks ago and I have not received anything and they are now ignoring my emails and I can not get through on the number. Its very disappointing I tried to get my money back via paypal they couldn't help.. you dont expect to buy a piece of furniture to have to replace it within 2 months! very bad customer service such a shame because there were other items I would have liked to order from the website. But obviously not now, The wood is exposed on the bench its now dangerous and can not be used, so money wasted. I should have read the other reviews many people have had bad experiences. I would have appreciated the communication. therefor I would suggest you avoid this company and purchase elsewhere if you do your research alot of other companies have the same stock, Be warned ...

United Kingdom | 15 November 2019Normally go to Sterling as the same furniture but decided to give them a try. Customer service lets them down. Problem after problem with delivery and faulty items. Wrong address detailed and the same with telephone numbers. Promised return phone calls but you end up having to chase them up. The latest promise is a voucher to spend in store because of the inconvenience but almost 2 weeks later and no voucher sent out. Just what we expected would happen.

I contacted morale and after emailing some pictures of the fault a replacement base was sent out from manufacturer. Fantastic customer service and very promptly dealt with. Communication was brilliant. Many thanks again, will definitely use again in near future.

United Kingdom | 01 April 2019I called to place an order for 8 shankar chairs on Black Friday in December but they did not have them in stock so i decided not to proceed. After the phone call i received a call back from them stating they had made an error and the chairs were in stock and i would recieve them within a week so i made payment and placed the order. After the week had passed i heard nothing from them so i called them and they resorted to their orignal fact about them not being in stock and denied any such call. As i record my conversations i sent them a recording. They simply said sorry we are watinig for our delivery and eventually got the chairs at the end of February.
