My first call for tech support was disappointing. The representative seemed disengaged and never followed up, leaving the issue somewhat resolved but not to my satisfaction. It's frustrating when the initial promises don't match the actual service.

AS USUAL YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONAL ARE GREAT. NO LONG HOLD TIMES, THEY ALL SPEAK ENGLISH AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE SYSTEM HAD THE GLITCH WHICH I UNDERSTAND BUT IN ATTEMPTING TO MAKE CORRECTIONS I WAS ASKED TO FILL OUT A FORM.. SOMEONE NEEDS TO REVIEW THE FORM FOR EASE OF USE AND TAKE THE PROBLEMS OUT OF IT, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP HAD TO MAKE A MANUAL CORRETIONS AS THE FORM WOULD NOT LET ME CONTIUE>
