I deal with a number of web sites without question yours is the worst that have to deal with. It's one thing that you change the pass word so quick, which is very frustrating, but then the possess to change pass words is unbelievable. Once you get past all the junk and finally get to customer service they very helpful and knowledgeable.

Emily Cox was so kind as she understands my frustration in trying to access my statements. Every time I contact support for my statements to be mailed I am told the account is set up to have them mailed but they aren't. I have to look up my 12 digit merchant ID # every time instead of being able to use a username that I can remember and then my password seems to never work. Then I have to wait for a verification email or text. It simply is too frustrating and time consuming to try to get to a statement! Emily just attached the most recent statement and made my life so much easier. Why can't this be done every month? Or just mail it like it says in my account? Maybe make Emily in charge!
