Service from senders is far from reliable and fair. My last order of satin pillowcases was followed-up a week later with a bill from the USPS for Insurance,register fee,COD fee, certified fee! Total of $14.80 which was not disclosed up front or at time of delivery. WTH? My previous order from the same site did not have any of these. The mailers are the problem and I will never order from here again. Also do not send your allowed free scrunchy with purchase. Crap people doing this from home i think

I ordered 2 Duvet sets for my grandsons for Christmas and received 4 pillow cases thrown together in one bag. When I ask them where is the duvet covers? The first answer was I did not select a size. I said it was twin. There reply was then you will have to pay an additional cost. I ask them to read the receipt Email sent to me stating I ordered 2 duvet sets. I have not heard back from them.

We never get this quality or fir in the brick and mortar stores You will not be disappointed. If you are not sure of the size you need, contact their customer service number, they will help.

This was the first experience I have had with Shop Bedding. I was very happy with my order. The bed skirt was perfect and the color was exactly as I had hoped. Glad I made this purchase!!

Very fast shipping and well packed. I love the color and very crisp pleats. Seems like great material not flimsy. My only problem is due to having to adjust my frame the length is too long. I ordered the 21 inch which would have fit beautifully except said adjustments. So sad.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service provided by shopbedding.com. I received a personal phone call about a stock issue with the color pillowcase I had ordered and was allowed the opportunity to make a different selection which I did. My items were received in great shape and I am enjoying the sheet and pillowcase I will purchase from this company again

I have done two orders and they both came. The king version of the high profile I love the queen one seem to be harder and give me neck pain :( but I do like these pillows I’m hoping to order soon
