I ordered a heated towel rail from SMR bathrooms. They gave me lots of advice over the telephone. They phoned me shortly after I'd ordered to tell me that the item was out of stock, and helped me choose a different towel rail, which arrived promptly. I am very pleased both with the product & the service

The price of the radiator was comparable to other sites viewed online but the reviews of this business were good so I chose to purchase from them. The delivery was quick. The radiator was well packed and when unpackaged had no marks. I would certainly order from this business again. One improvement would be if an email could be sent to inform of day of delivery.

Ordered on Monday, I spoke to them on Tuesday about delivery. Told it would be Wednesday and there it was delivered. They did what they said they would do. A really great service.
