Trying to say they bill backwards Accounting mgr is a joke with looks like less than high school education

I’ve not been diagnosed with afib but have felt weird skips and jumps in my chest. Unfortunately, wasn’t happening when I was at cardiologist. I need answers.

United States | 25 June 2024I was looking for a way to take an at home ECG that gives more information than your typical apple watch or kardia type device, and came across SmartHeart in a google search. I couldn't find many consumer reviews, but after watching youtube videos of physicians talking about how they use it in their practice I went ahead and ordered. I received the device pretty quickly, followed the included instructions, and was able to take an actual 12 lead ECG with ease. It was also interpreted almost immediately by the cardiologist Dr Beto despite it being around 5am at the time. I also had a telehealth visit with Dr Beto and he was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and caring. Overall I give the device and the experience with Dr Beto an A+ and would recommend the SmartHeart device to anyone looking for a real ECG they can take themselves.

The product itself is amazing it's great for somebody who has a lot of the symptoms but no real desire to go to the emergency room to find out that you're just having a panic attack or the Taco Bell you ate is not agreeing with you. But also a lifesaver if it's something serious.

United States | 30 April 2024Very terrible company, and customer service. I was happy to receive everything and have a little piece of mind having the device on hand and needing to use it if be. But I never received my activation email which I was unaware of needing until I received the device and needed to use it and linked the device to the Bluetooth to my phone and downloaded the app and realized then. I searched my email, junk, spam, inbox and all. Nothing! Emailed them and got the silliest response, emailed back making them aware that they totally over looked or ignore my question in the email and they didn’t help me. No response. Just got billed for nothing and I’m not happy! Now they want me to pay for shipping to ship everything back since I cancelled… I don’t think I should have to cover the charges to ship back for something I never got to use due to their poor customer service that was no help! I still have every email from the interaction of me trying to get my activation email to use the device!
