So far, all that has transpired is getting overloaded with emails from the sight. I have had no confirmation of my order. I have had no notification of my order being shipped. Why would you want to know how you are doing when it appears to me that you haven’t done anything worth rating? Everything Kitchens has responded to this with contradictory information. They even claim the order was delivered on March 3, which I can guarantee, it most certainly was not - not to me, anyway. I have contacted Everything Kitchens and asked them to refund me for the entire order. Any further comments concerning this will depend on their response. As of today, I have received a refund for the items in question. The issue of the emails, this is unresolved, as they were never received and most certainly were not in my spam/junk mail folder - I checked. However, I consider the matter closed.

I purchased an Emile Henry bread pot, at the best price I could find. Free shipping was nice too, but became a little rocky. The order seemed to languish at a Fedex facility for a day or two. A call to the vendor quickly resolved things although it became unclear if Fedex was planning to deliver or drop at my local post office where I get my mail. It's probably attributable to my odd rural address, and Fedex. Everything Kitchens was very resposnive to my inquries to get it straightened out. Will probably shop with them again and recommend them to others.

Excellent web site. I was able to find a replacement blade, that was far cheaper than replacing the unit. Shipping was reasonable, and fast.

Given Everything Kitchen’s promise of free shipping within 1-3 days, despite my concerns I placed an order on February 25th, expecting to receive it at work before March 3rd for a meeting where I was going to distribute as a fun item for employee treat bags. Today is now March 8th (heading into March 9th) and no order has been received. First I was told that I had an invalid address, which was not true, and told to drive 20 minutes to pick it up after 3 calls made to track down the package. After after removing the work floor address, which was relayed as the problem, UPS stated that it would be delivered today, but package is still not here. Both Everything Kitchens and UPS have lost sight of the fact that a consumer still has no package and appear to want to blame the customer for a valid address. Needless to say, probably will not be ordering again given a poor customer experience in which neither company is stepping up to acknowledge major flaws in their shipping and delivery processes. UPS indicated that it will return the package if it cannot be delivered tomorrow?!
