I was having trouble completing my purchase, I called and talk to Tracy. She took control and did more than I expected after trying different things. She stayed with it and called me back later in the day, then stayed on the phone while we tried another approach. Finally we had success . I wrote to customer service to make sure that the Kitchenaid wire whisk replacement was made of stainless steel. I was told it was and ordered it. It is not completely stainless steel. The wire whisk part is but the flange at the top is not. It corrodes. Completely dissappointed.

Received my items on time and they were in excellent condition. Just what I ordered.

I have now made two purchases which have gone easily and without a problem. Website is attractive and one can easily move from area to area. Shipping timeline is good and close to predicted date. My purchased items were shipped Fed Ex and first order was as predicted for delivery and second was delayed a day. These ordered items are extremely well packed—best I have ever seen and it is clear that they are hand packed with care. Everything Kitchen is my new favorite website.

This was my first time ordering from Everything Kitchens. I found exactly what I wanted and at a good price. The ordering process was easy and I was notified when the items were shipped. When the order arrived, two of the items were damaged in shipping, so I had to log in and report this issue. Let me tell you, this company refers to their customer service personnel as "Customer Heroes" and I cannot think of a better description. My issue was addressed and replacement items were sent. I cannot say enough good things about this company and I plan on doing more business with them. Thank you
