I have purchased 2 products, superb quality, and unbelievable customer service, coming from someone who works in Trade Marketing. A consumer needs to trust in the product and customer support, and these guys are on a different level from many so called high street brands.

Next day delivery, quality product and the way my trainers were packaged with spare laces and a personal thank you note inside put premium brand shoe companies to shame! And I buy shoes from Oliver Sweeney and Barkers! Fantastic and I will certainly be purchasing my 2nd pair shortly!!

I saw an advert on social media for the new marble 2.0 from Zach footwear and forgot about it till 2 months later I received and invite to purchase them with a big discount. The arrived in a beautiful box well packaged with extra laces, branded trainer wipes, storage bag and a card explaining a little about the company with your name handwritten on it But once I opened the box the smell of leather hit me and wow you can tell they are quality leather and well made by the feel of them. A little luxury item for smart occasions helps, I would definitely recommend and I certainly would use Zach footwear again and the customer service is first class
