Australia | 24 March 2024I had a great experience at Krownd thanks to Karson, Dr Alexa and the rest of the Krownd Team! I had a hair procedure done and from start to finish Kason was incredibly professional, easy going and attentive to my experience and recovery. Filled me with lots of confidence both before and after and just an all round great person to have help you through something like this. Likewise, Dr Alexa also gave me lots of confidence during the procedure as you can just tell by listening to her work that she has a great deal of experience and knowledge and knows exactly what she's doing. She is also really down to earth and human (which can be hard for some doctors) which I found comforting. The rest of the team were amazing too, all being very friendly and professional throughout, making the procedure a lot less daunting. Just an all round great experience and couldn't be happier!
