Would have been god to know the device comes with a European 2 pin socket (they did supply the converter). But I had purchased a bracket which was dependent on a UK plug.

The customer support excellent and queries answered very promptly.

Can’t fault customer support for quickly dispatching replacement items after the first set never arrived ...unfortunately they where not as the items pictured in the listing and was a bit disappointed ☹️

5* for speed of delivery, but I found that the Magbox I purchased isnt compatible with the IPTV portal that I already have, would be interested in advice in this regard
