when a part of our shower broke We were left without any water or heating from 30th December as the shower turn off control broke which meant our water would run continuously 24/7. Due to unscrupulous emergency plumbers looking to cash in quoting £400+ for a part that Steam showers sell for £38.00. We managed to hold off until after new year when a local plumber recommended Steam Shower Parts to purchase which we did on Friday evening and due to fabulous service it arrived via Royal Mail on the following Wednesday. Great service and easy to order via their web site. Thank you we will recommend Steam shower parts to our friends and family.

Excellent products and fast turnaround. After a fruitless hunt for replacement shower wheels for the world’s most awkward shower elsewhere I finally found this website. Their clear measuring diagrams and choice of products means I now don’t have to take a shower with the doors hanging off. Better yet they were sensibly priced compared to a lot of other suppliers! They also managed to send the products in about 3 days even though I ordered in the middle of no-man’s land between Christmas and New Year.

Initially I ordered the wrong part. Tech help line were able to advise what I needed and the returns process on wrong part worked well. Now have correct part fitted and shower working fine.

I ordered a 3 dial shower cubicle control valve with adaptors for flex hose outlets. The control valve arrived very quickly, well packed and with the adaptors for the hoses. First class kit and exactly what I wanted, fitted perfectly into existing mounting holes.

Parts arrived promptly and well packaged. All now fitted 😊
