Service was professional, prompt and communication was excellent. From quote to job complete was three days, inspection Wed, quote Thursday, parts acquired and job done Friday. Heating engineer Russ Lamberty was late on the Friday but communication was good and I was kept in the picture.

Russ fitted a combi boiler & gas central heating system in my flat. Can’t fault his work. Pipework & all other fixings have been installed really neatly. At the end of each day, he left the place clean & tidy. He worked his socks off to get the job done. He also came back a couple of days later to check everything was working as expected. Pleasant guy & easy to deal with from start to finish. I’ve got no hesitation in recommending Gas Safe Edinburgh.
