My previous order was not shipped and UPS was blamed. It took a month to get the job to my client. This order shipped out quickly but I have still not received the Credit memo for the last order and I spoke with my CS agent several days ago. Not sure what is happening. It is just disappointing.

Because I am a reseller of your products, I don't appreciate your name appearing on the Magnets you supply me.
