Appalling . Over fifty four separate communications, (e mails, phone calls, Facebook messages) to track down a mis delivered parcel. The onus was firmly on me, to get Comne Avant to communicate firstly between their own departments and then completely, with their delivery service.DPD. FIFTY FOUR!!! They finally said,they would send a duplicate package, which I presumed they,might send as a matter of urgency, ( I would, if it were my business) they didn't bother sending til the,next week.I found out, as DPD had sent me on yet another goose chase, asking to tell COMME AVANT to contact them.Again.. The parcel DID arrive ; I suppose I was not surprised NOT find a covering note, or perhaps a small extra,something, to apologise, and try to make sure that they didn't lose a customer (s) I expect the soap flakes and shampoo bar are ok. I did open the,deodorant, the roller ball pack let's the powder fall freely around your clothes when you apply it. .. is,my only comment on product so far. Tge whole experience caused me a LOT of stress. I was on crutches, in pain, and it was suggested several times that I go looking around,the neighbourhood for,my parcel, but they could/would NOT tell me where it was delivered to, without C A s communication, which was apparently not forth coming. I am delighted and more than a little surprised to be asked for my rating. A,big fat .nought,

The shampoo I ordered took some time to arrive, but think it's reasonable considering it is shipped from France. Instruction how to prepare & use the shampoo are clear & a pleasure to do. It has become a little ritual & something good to care for yourself based on ancient methods without silicons,SLS', propylene glycol ( not good for kidneys) & other stuff we get with conventional shampoos. The argan oil sets off a quite strong smell , so I added some drops of essential oil in to my bottle. The other thing is that they use plant based wax stating they leave the bees in peace. I like the company that encourages consumers to come to terms with what we really need without adding more harmful chemicals in to our environment . Their selection of products are kept to a minimum , not many choices & bang on what one will need to keep yourself , your pets & your house clean & healthy. Thank you so much !****************

Fast and reliable delivery. I am very satisfied with the products. Was a bit sceptical with the tooth "paste" but should have tried it earlier. Better than everything I used before. The hairshampoo bar is easy to handle and gives strong and thick hair (mine are very long). The deodorant prevents better from sweating than the conventional liquid stuff and I love the cream bar as it is one for everything and I can spare buying several products for different uses.

Love the things I have had so far which include the lovely soap flakes for making washing powder etc and the natural toothpaste which works very well thank you

Happy with the product But didnt really expect a plastic case for the powder :D

products came nicely packaged within the stated delivery time. Toothpaste powder and tooth brush perfect. The body lotion solid bar is a bit of a challenge. It does melt when you hold it, and is great to put on smaller area's like elbows, cracked heels, lips or whatever area you want smoothing. I would not know how to apply everywhere as a body lotion. It would take very long I think.

Really nice products. I got the gift bag with one of each and I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality of your products. I particularly love the shampoo. I don't even need conditioner and I have long, waivy, thick hair. You have got a fan!

I have bought a cake of face/body cream. Excellent product, natural, cost effective. Also, because it's compact, not liquid or creamy, it can be carried in my hand luggage. I recommend it.

I ordered the gift pack as I wanted to sample various products although I was originally looking for toothpaste. I would give total thumbs up to the shampoo, soap and deodorant. As for the body lotion and toothpaste I'm not sure yet as they are in such different forms than one is used to it is a bit more difficult to rate. The toothpaste is a powder that doesn't foam much and doesn't have much taste. Quite different from what I'm used to but not necessarily bad just still adjusting. Same with the body lotion that comes in a bar. I have only used it once and liked it but found it a bit difficult to work with. Again time will tell. Haven't tried the soap flakes yet for various reasons but looking forward to doing so soon.
