My experience with the team so far is pleasant. Facing difficulties in the delivery due to customs clearance, however the customer service personnel Clémence is very kind to address my query when I phoned them. I still haven’t got my parcel and I am now certain the parcel will reach me in a day or 2 after visiting the customs office directly. Can’t wait to use your products. My only worry is I don’t want to go through this tedious process when I order next. Direct shipping through a courier will be easier than the postal service. It’s very painful. Having said that I am really excited to use the products. Go green! ☺️

I initially gave a poor review but this was my fault as emails had gone into a secret spam folder I didn't know I had! Pleased there is an explanation and looking forward to future purchases. I was very pleased with my first purchase, a shampoo bar. It was pleasant to use and soothing to my skin. A good replacement for liquid soaps in plastic bottles. When it ran out I ordered some more but was sent something completely different, a moisturising bar. Mistakes happen. Comme Avant have replied to my emails and will send out the correct item and let me keep the incorrect one at a reduced price or send it back.

Honestly,it arrived in greasy-looking paper and so far I have not had much joy from it as it does not dissolve smoothly on skin or in the bath. I will persevere with it, because it has good reviews and I like the short list of ingredients. It is not a desert-island product for me though.

Great service, quick delivery and great products.

I did a lot of research for tooth powder to eliminate the plastic tubes that come with common toothpaste and I decided to try Comme Avant toothpowder. It is a bit hard to get used to at the beginning because it doesn't foam like a typical tooth paste and the minty flavor is very subtle, but I have used it for quite awhile now and feel as though it cleans as well if not better than my old toothpaste. It isn't too abrasive and my teeth feel clean, which is the most important. I an very happy with the results.

I’m disappointed to be submitting this review. Last time I ordered from this company their lovely high quality product arrived in good time and I was delighted. This time DPD is holding my parcel in their depot 100 miles away since 23 September. There is no way to contact them, always a sign of a rotten company, they don’t respond to comments on social media. Looks like my money was wasted because of a useless delivery company.
