Our situation was a bit unusual and we were struggling to find a lender on our own, but Tony quickly found us the ideal mortgage package, and kept us updated via phone and email every step of the way, explaining things in an easy to understand way. We not only had an IVA but both had part time jobs so were considered low income. Tony not only manage to find us a mortgage but one which was at a lower interest rate that we expected to be given. Tony sorted out a mortgage in days, our case was little strange as he deals in mostly poor credit mortgages but our circumstances was good credit but low income in years past and awkward income proof, anyhow not an issue got us through with Skipton at decent rate. good or bad credit or just strange circumstances give tony a call he will be upfront and honest with you and will do everything in his power to find you a mortgage to suit.

I approached this broker after seeing how helpful he was during his interactions with other people in a similar situation to me. Having had problems with my credit history which affected us buying a property earlier in the year I thought that we’d have to wait years to be accepted for a mortgage. Tony was great from the start, didn’t judge me for me past mistakes and gave me optimism from the start. He approached the right lender for our situation and 4 weeks later our mortgage was approved. He’s even been helpful with queries I’ve had when getting nowhere with our solicitor. I would highly recommend him to friends and family and will be back to see him in 3years!

Absolutely brilliant service. Went from original enquiry to full mortgage offer in a couple of days. Tony and Dawn are both really easy to deal with and couldn’t help enough. My mortgage funds went in the bank yesterday and I simply wouldn’t have got there without their support. They even stayed on hand to help well after they had done their part and the conveyancing was dragging on. Would recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage.

What a Company this is, Where do I Start, If it were possible to give Mortgage Success 10 stars then I would have given it to them in a Heartbeat. The service I received from Start to Finish was first class and you'd struggle to find any broker out there who would beat there level of service. Mortgage Success Suceeded where so-called Top brokers failed. Mortgage Success's service and professionalism exceeded my expectations when I thought it was impossible to obtain a Mortgage. What stands out with the service is the constant communication throughout the whole process which included Calls, Texts and Emails. On occasions where my stress/anxiety levels were Uncontrollable, I would find myself constantly being reassured and Calmed down from Dawn. On every single occasion, Tony and mostly Dawn who was dealing with My Case was very helpful and kept us informed every step of the Way. After trying to obtain a mortgage in recent months with another broker and after applying to 4 separate Lenders, 3 which Declined Us and the other Ceased Trading Mid-application, The Broker stated he was Struggling and I was advised to wait for about 6 Months before trying again, to increase Our chances of success. This was because of my previous adverse credit history due to a Break-up with Ex-partner and My Wife being Part-time with Poor/little Credit, by most mortgage lenders standards. Even worse, The Companies who were so-called sub-prime lenders who serve the adverse market were also unwilling to lend, At this Point We almost gave up hope of getting a mortgage, that's until We came across Mortgage Sucess After all the recent Rejections We had received We decided to Search the internet to find any similar or worse cases to Ours where a mortgage was secured. I stumbled upon a Certain Money Helping forum which was full with cases, Mostly stating it would be best to Wait until Credit improved and We would Struggle based on Our Circumstances. As We was about to Close the Book on Potentially Owning Our Dream House one in which we have been looking at for almost 2 Years we came across one post and in particular drawn to a particular User based on the Content, Knowledge and Help given to others. Even though the Post was from 2017 and the User may not even be Active to the forum I decided to take the chance to sign up and I contact this User Privately. Not expecting to get any reply less then 8 Hours later I received a email back from the User who turned out to be Tony of Mortgage Success. After our initial exchanges via email, Tony sent Out his Fact-finding and said he would look to see if We Stood a Chance and Wouldn't waste both Ours or his time Stringing us along with false hope. After a Few Days looking over Our Fact find, Tony advised Us we had a Chance of a Mortgage and was passing over the Case to Dawn, This is Where the Magic happened. Within a few Hours Dawn Called for the 1st time, She introduced Herself and told me what documents were needed in order to put a Case together to the Lender, Her Communication was Exceptional and took every piece of information that was needed in order she had all the answers incase the Lender asked any difficult Questions. Dawn is Also Very Passionate when it comes to her Job and obtaining us a Mortgage, the More Complex the Case the more she welcomes the Challenge. Sometimes she becomes very Strict and it's like being told off By Your Mum or Teacher but it's only coz she dedicates her Who time to get your Mortgage accepted, I have Joked that even Mortgage underwriters are Scared to say no to her, Lol. In less then a month later I have just received an Offer from a Non Sub-prime Lender. What's even more pleasing is that Our Offer included very low interest rates and Cheap Valuation. I am still in disbelieve given the my circumstances We will soon be moving into Our New Home. As a company, Mortgage Success should be Awarded for the Magic they do. As a customer thinking I could not get a mortgage having taken early retirement so Private pensions were my only income Tony got my offer sorted in just over a week from application. I was unsure if I would be able to get a mortgage in my position as my credit history is less than perfect. I came across Mortgage Success Ltd and contacted Tony who was very kind, professional and friendly. His knowledge is incredible and thanks to his hard work I now have a mortgage offer with a high street lender. I cannot thank them enough, this is life changing for me.

The worst moment of our lives as a married couple was when my wife fell ill during pregnancy and had to give up working. To cut a long story short this spiralled into both of us having IVAs and eventually both of us going bankrupt. After years of consistently being let down by private landlords whilst having children we took the difficult decision to move back in with parents to try and take back control of our home situation and save the money needed to buy a house. Given our circumstance we did this in the knowledge that should we save enough money it was always going to be a long shot. We both agreed that if we did everything within our power for this to work (saving money, fixing credit files e.t.c) at least we tried. After 2 years of chasing people to update our credit files, saving and careful spending we eventually just about had enough money so started contacting so called specialist brokers. The results fell into 1 of 3 categories: no, ridiculous deposits or false promises. We came very close to throwing in the towel and just booking a very expensive holiday but then we found Tony.
