If you're an existing customer with these guys, don't fall for their top up offer. It will be an absolute waste of time and effort getting all the unnecessary documents to qualify you for a loan a essentially already paying for. They'll keep you waiting for days only to decline you application.

Savages. They absolutely won't let you LOG IN to their website to manage your loan, or see your options for it. You have to call them on the phone. Cause once you see your options, why pay 2000£ in 18 months when you can pay 500£ instantly and be done with it. It is impossible to log in to your account on the website. You will lose 4 hours trying & still fail. *After this my review on here they have bombarded me with phone calls, phone message & emails urging me to call them straight away. Which I did. On the 1st call they transferred me to another phone operator guy who went completely silent for 3 minutes after 1 minute of talking and then hung up. On my 2nd call they transferred me again but after talking 2 minutes with the guy he started complaining about "bad reception" although I could hear him loud & clear. He still claimed he couldn't hear nothing, so I told him he was full of it. On my 3rd call I refused the transfer after being told that she would send an email for them to call me after 18:00 o'clock. On my 4th call, I got sent a phone message at 18.03 to call them again and repeat the process from my earlier calls with them. So I did. I waited for them to pick up the phone for over 30 minutes, but nobody did. I guess they were too busy... All I wanted was to know WHY I was calling them, why they made me call them urgently & immediately, but they couldn't give me an answer after 4 calls. At least 1 hour spent by the phone. I also had already emailed these wonderful people about my 'log in' problems prior to my bad review on here. I got no response. I rest my case.

2 days of been stringed along. Signed documents sent id etc Another day passed with calls in to be told I’m provisionally accepted. To then get an email saying declined JOKE of a company

Had a previous loan, paid in full, declined a second one despite being a good customer. My advice, don’t be concerned with paying back as per the terms, customer care no longer exists in this country

No cumbersome or hustling to obtain the applied loan. It was approved with in a time flamework- Very faster.

This was a very simple process. So quick and easy and the money was in my account within 2 hours! They have really helped me out and the instalment plan is fantastic. I can't thank them enough for this. Great service!

FIRSTLY ID LIKE TO SAY HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THIS COMPANY IS. I APPLIED FOR A LOAN 12 DAYS AGO, HAVE MADE OVER 20 CALLS AND 30 EMAILS CHASING THIS UP TO BE FOBBED OFF ASKING ME TO SEND IT MORE DOCUMENTS, OR IT WILL BE LOOKED AT AND PROCESSED BY THE END OF THE DAY OR SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU BACK WHICH IS ALL LIES. THEY MAKE ME WAIT 12 DAYS THEN AFTER IVE SENT IN EVERYTHING THEY ASKED FOR AND IM TELLING YOU IT WAS A LOT, THEY DECLINE ME. SURLEY THEY WOULD HAVE KNEW THIS DAY 1/2 IF THEY WERE GOING TO APPROVE ME, BUT NO THEY STRUNG ME ALONG FOR 12 DAYS. I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO WRITE A NEGATIVE REVIEW AND THEY HAVE NOW TRIED BRIBING ME WITH A £50 AMAZON GIFT CARD LMFAO. JOKE A COMPANY DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME AND EFFOT. I TOLD THEM TO SHOVE THERE POXY GIFT CARD!!!!!!
