I've had chronic insomnia for 50 years and after trying everything else, allopathic, homeopathic etc etc finally tried Bristol cbd oil. I take the gold 20% oil, and though it breaks the bank for me, it works. I take 6 drops a night, holding them in the mouth as long as possible. Feel so much better! I have Rh A and have great trouble sleeping . Getting to sleep and staying asleep is usually very difficult. A few drops of CBD oil under my tongue before bed time and I have been sleeping much better . Delivery times were also very good so j would definitely recommend his product / company .
