Superficially, the bathroom looked great, but after a few months the shower and bath fittings started to fail. It took ages for the company to address the issue. They lied, saying they would replace all the broken fittings. In reality, a contractor turned up and tried (but failed) to fix the old fittings. Unresponsive when contacted after that. Would not recommend

Lovely design and kind builder doing the work. Had predicted two weeks for the full job, saying a "team" would work on it, then took three with a single builder doing all the work. Annoying not to have access to toilet or shower during this time but not a problem. However, later when some of the appliances failed it became apparent that the builder did not include individual valves for each appliance. This meant an additional £2k in work to bash down the wall and re-do the pipes. Company didn't respond to any requests for information on email or text.

I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service provided by Bathroom Design Angels. From the initial design consultation and CGI visualization to the project management, they have been amazing. They took away all the stress that usually comes with a renovation, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Moreover, they completed the renovation in under two weeks and the finished bathroom is of such a high quality, we love it! All at an affordable price too. We had our bathroom designed and completed by Design Angels in a Victorian classical style. On completion, the bathroom looked stunning, cannot fault the design - it's beautiful. However, 5 years on and our bathroom is falling apart. Literally. The Polish/Ukrainian building team used wood screws in our shower fixtures. We now have rusty screws in the wall, which basically snapped off, as they aren't meant to be used in wet zones. I would not recommend this company.

Design angels team came up with a beautiful design for my new bathroom and I am very satisfied with the outcome. I had to renovate a small cloakroom for my tenant, so I had to stay within a modest budget, which they followed on point. There were no extra charges at the end, which was very important to me. Even though the project took a week longer than expected, that is quite understandable, since everyone is on holiday over these summer months. Very good job guys!
