This is an update from my original review in which I felt the product and service I received was confusing and unclear. Since then, the subsequent service from PrimeLicence has been timely and less confusing and I thank them for that. PrimeLicence were quick to refund my original fee and Customer Service have been very helpful. My apologies for not updating my review earlier, for personal reasons I've not been unable to get to it until now.
