Shocking company no items delivered,no response to any emails/messages etc. Trading Standards need to be involved and investigate this company who are openly abusing and robbing genuine customers . Iv sent numerous emails and messages and had no response apart from messenger asking me to contact costumer services which I continued to do. With no response. I’ve still had no response and no item other than the free item delivered. I’ve also submitted photos of my items which explains that my item was not delivered Shocking costomer service . This review is for Doggyking not Doggy Kingdom . I don’t know why it’s said differently to my review,I haven’t heard of doggy kingdom

I bought the harness for my rescue dog Monty in 2021 but failed to fill in a warranty. End of 2024 I discovered the buckle was beginning to crack. I sent an email saying I wasn't sure whether I should order if this liable to happen. The folk at Doggykingdom asked me to send a photo and they replaced free of charge the whole harness (I requested a different colour). The new harness has been improved with stronger straps. Thank you Doggykingdom replying to my request so promptly. For me this is a great product.

STAY AWAY!!!! Measured my 9 1/2 lb maltipoo according to their size chart for the winter jacket. Said M would be perfect & so that’s what I ordered. Neck & chest fit somewhat but the length of the back & under belly was incredibly long! So much so that he would wet the jacket every time he went to pee! I called & the robot said I had to go to the web. The web sent me to another site that sent me to another site which finally gave me their “refund policy”. That said, If I opened the package or tried it on my dog there was no refund. Otherwise they would give me 40% off my next purchase from them! I spent $43.00 for nothing. I’m outraged! Called my credit card & I’m disputing the charge. Doggie Kingdom is in China & the dispute is my only option.

My order went through ok, but the jacket was too small. Have been trying to arrange an exchange for 3 weeks now - even paid extra for the postage (invoice sent without any reply to my emails) but no acknowledgement or confirmation received and no goods received. I left a 3 star review on their website (hoped by not putting a lower rating it would be published) but strangely hasn’t appeared on their website - all reviews are 5 star except 4x 4 stars so incredibly misleading.

Wish I could give no stars. Awful to do business with this company. My dog coat shows to have been in process of shipping for three weeks now. They don’t respond addressing the problem when you write them. They just say it’s on its way. I would suggest that no one ever buy from this company. I know I WILL NOT.

I ordered two dog coats and went totally off the size charts the company recommends. Neither fit; so I reached out to customer service not just once but many times and the emails are not being accepted. I got a brief text to email the same address and still was not accepted. The jackets are inferior for winter weather in the mountains and I finally tried on one jacket to realize the straps would cut into my dogs legs. I am donating the coats and out close to 90.00 from this company. Stay clear of them.

The coat ripped, causing the harness to fall off. We were crossing a very busy street when this fell apart, allowing my dog to run into traffic. It was truly frightening. I trusted Doggykingdom with the safety of my dog, and they almost got him killed. DO NOT buy this product, it is dangerous. I am still waiting for customer service to reply to my emails.

ordered wrong size as company didn't ask for detailed measurement, just small/med/large, eventually managed to send in our dog's measurements and correct size just delivered, well made, is larger than thought but can adjust. It has taken three weeks to sort this out but eventually company said to keep original (which I shall find good home for!) so can't really knock them too much! I think Yodel take too long to deliver!! please note no mention was made of Doggykingdom, never heard of them, so they shouldn't be offended that the review reflected upon their company. Hope that clarifies it!

I have three dogs and Doggy Kingdom harnesses. My older girl had the buckle break.I contacted customer service and received an immediate response. I sent photos of the broken piece and received the new harness after four days.I cannot compliment this company enough.The product is exceptional and customer service outstanding.

I ordered a harness according to the specifications on the site. It was way too large for my dog. No returns b/c they say it's personalized but only the patch they put on it is personalized - not the harness. I just wanted a size exchange but no dice. Never ordering from them again.

I know I already reviewed, but I've got to say these people are a big ripoff PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID. I'm taking them to the Attorney Generals office and BBB and Consumer Protection and anyplace else FCC, FTC, etc. As God is my witness, do not do business with them.

Bought a no pull dog personalised harness and this was supposed to come with a free lead worth £20. Omg.. what a joke. The harness itself took 10 days to arrive and when i opened it I could see straight away that it was of VERY poor quality. There was stitching all coming away and certainly not worth £25 or fit for purpose. The lead was a piece of strap with a very basic clip on it.( Not worth £1 let alone £20) There website states complete satisfaction or your money back if within 30 days. This is a lie and false advertising. I contacted them straight away ( didn't even try it on my dog) to say I wanted a refund due to poor quality .I was asked to send photos ( which I did) and then heard nothing. I emailed again and after 2 days received a reply stating due to hygiene and sanitary reasons I couldn't return it for a refund 😡...I don't know how they are trading as I've since read reviews on here and it seems I'm not the only one that has been conned by this company. The reviews on their website are obviously fake too... I will be contacting my bank!!

I'm telling the world, this company is a disgrace. Don't take the same chance I did by doing business with them. I wish I could tell everyone just how disgusting their business practices are. STAY AWAY FROM THEM..

After chatting with customer service about the issues the size chart caused when ordering they have agreed to replace my harness even though that’s not their policy. This is the kind of customer service I am looking for. Going out of their way to help someone who has issues after the guidance on a site leaves someone confused. I will always own up to my mistakes and I respect a company that is willing to correct theirs. For customer service to fix my issue they deserve a positive rating, if you run into issues please chat with their customer service.

Ordered harness. Took forever to get here. Too large. I wanted to exchange but they would not allow because it was personalized. Dog’s name is on a detachable Velcro patch, it is not imprinted with his name into the harness. Bad customer service. Filed a dispute with PayPal. They credited me with my money. Look elsewhere where someone answers the phone and honors refunds and exchanges.

Awful harness. Two broke in two years. Almost lost the dog both times. My wife will handle the return.Its like I don't want anything back from your people.
