So far I am still waiting for the product. I ordered it on a Friday and I have just noticed that because it was after 12 then it would not be processed until Monday. Therefore they will be within their delivery guidelines, just, if it arrives on Monday. So 3 working days on from my order and I have not received an e-mail with an ETA for a product which is quoted as 1-5 days deiivery.

Dont know what the service is like. No notification of delivery date or who the delivery service will be. So far this is NOT good service and so I rate the service as poor. I received the item the very next day and so this was good service. If a delivery date was included in the confirmation email it would make the service excellent.

I got the colour of my guttering order wrong online, I rang their sales number and they changed the order immediately for me.

Ordered Marley deep flow gutter products, next day delivery. Great service.

I ordered some deep flow, high cap guttering and had it delivered. Great service. However, the 80mm down pipe was not listed on the website so I had to drive to the store to collect. I pointed this out to the staff member who said, “yeah we know, we really ought to sort it”. The company have subsequently revised the website and corrected the issue.
