Not the best experience I’ve had with a company, but also not the worst. I purchased approx 10-15 pieces of pipe for a small job. When they had arrived two of the pieces were incorrect, completely different angles and pieces all together. I rang up and was told the website had the incorrect item numbers which was why I’d received the wrong items. We organised to collect the correct items, and swap out the incorrect items, from the nearest establishment. This took 45/60 minutes out of the day. There wasn’t any apologies or sense of emergency. I would consider purchasing from somewhere else due to this experience.
