No complaints order went well & it would have cost considerably more getting it locally in Scotland.

Just started using this company and I was more than impressed. I made a mistake when ordering on line in that I failed to tick the box for guttering, an essential when fitting guttering. I had ordered the clips, corners, down pipe etc and someone from the company picked this up and rang me to ask if I wanted the guttering, very switched on staff and I am grateful for that.

Good service and delivery and price

Placed order Monday morning, received e-mail confirmation of order almost at once followed by another confirming order had been processed. Order was delivered the following morning and was all correct. The only point I would raise is that I was not advised in advance of the delivery date and time.

Be warned I wish I had read the many complaints and been more diligent in checking on this company. My experience is the same as many - placed order, have never received goods or a refund- impossible to contact them or receive any reply. I would not touch them with a barge pole.

I placed an order with this company to order some lengths of window board.. after waiting 3 weeks for my delivery i had to email them to ask what had happened to my order! these emails went back & forth for a further 2 weeks when eventually the window boards arrived...DAMAGED , SCRATCHED AND end caps missing! i still... 2 months later have no end caps! I would not use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone else. A very poor experience overall and wish i had gone elsewhere.

PBS had by far the best price for the items that I required and supplied my order accurately and promptly (ordered on line over the weekend and delivered Tuesday morning). However the goods ordered were not suitable (I has wrongly identified the manufacturer) so I contacted PBS and not only was the return of the goods accepted without question, I was provided with contact details for a competitor who would be able to supply the correct items. Such service is unbeatable and deserves widespread recognition.

price was good but service and delivery information was somthink that could do with improving, after phoning numerous times recived part of my order after 18 days and rest of the order 2 weeks later, if they were to have phoned and explained they could no complete the full order because of stock problems I would have been more understanding, when i phoned told they would look into it and call back but most times no one returened the call will not use again.
