Mo helped us through the process of working out how much to put by for home improvements, living costs and how much to invest, as well as the risk level we were comfortable with. I am very happy that we found somebody who was so understanding and knowledgeable, and at no point in the process did we feel pressured or pushed into anything. We were always consulted and felt fully informed at every step of the way, so we could start investing at a level we were both comfortable with. Mo is always on hand to answer any questions and we can see exactly what our money is doing via an app.

The experience of having your financial life mapped out was with trepidation, thankfully this was parked once my advisor explained the process, and the associated fee's. The meeting covered the outlook of the stock and shares investment, along with the associated level of risk this involves. I guess and I have heard that there is a lot of folk that look to retirement with a view of maybe next year, and risk missing the time to make your wealth work for you. Mr C. Thankey and his staff are always friendly, polite and welcoming, with drinks being offered on arrival. There are also mints and chocolates on offer while sitting in comfy chairs, waiting for your appointment. This all makes for a very relaxed atmosphere. All details of the Financial Business are explained in a way that I can understand, with simple words being used. There is never a problem with going over certain details until fully understood.
