Excellent service. Never used Big Vits before, so just ordered a specific item which I normally buy in the US which Big Vits had it in stock. Didn't know what to expect, as hard to source item. Item arrived promptly and very good price. I am really impressed and will continue to use Big Vits for the products that I need. Very glad to have found a new supplier based in UK.

I have used Bigvits for a long time and have never had any problems except for ones last November 2021 when the shipping landed in Holland. I got my money refunded.

Great vitamins, really feel the difference

The package did not arrive when they claim it was delivered. I was home all day and I took three letters from my postman’s hand that day but no parcels. I have asked all my neighbours if they accepted package for me and none of them have. There would be no reason to give my package to a neighbour given my postman saw me that day to hand deliver my post into my hand. I hope you can trace the package or refund my money.
