Introcar's customer service and inventory are exemplary. Shipping on their part was fast and efficient, reasonably priced. DHL's "package on hold" tracking status updates were disconcerting; but they did handle the duty payment effectively.

Your website was relatively easy for an old Luddite like me to navigate. I sent a question immediately after placing my order to clarify a detail and received a quick, courteous and informative reply. The only problem I encountered is with delivery by DHL.They are quick but very costly and, for deliveries to Canada,charge an additional fee for customs clearance at this end of the trip.In this case that fee was about $36.00. DHL delivered my shipment to the wrong address, although they sent me an email claiming successful delivery on Dec 2, the shipment wasn't delivered to my address. I notified them of the problem. In response they sent me a picture on Dec 3 of my package on someone else's front porch. I replied with photos of my very different front porch. Their customer service office in Toronto isn't open on weekends, so I heard nothing until today (Dec 6). Their message indicated that they were still looking into the matter and had sent my photos to their local Calgary depot. As it happened, someone put the package on my front porch on Sunday afternoon. Since it seems DHL didn't do that, I assume it was the resident of the home to which it was delivered in error. I've advised DHL accordingly. On another matter, heater hose RH9267 (Silver Cloud I or SI Bentley) is apparently no longer available. One of the items I ordered was hose UE1293X and I see that the profile of UE1293X is very close to RH9267, although UE1293 is longer at each end. If UE1293X were trimmed at each end, it might be a substitute for RH9267.

We were looking for parts for a RR Silver Shadow II. We found and ordered them on IntroCar's well-structured user-friendly online shop. In addition, IntroCar's customer service was very helpul to identify and get ordered a quite special part. Payment process was smooth. Delivery to Germany happend within 3 workdays, as indicated.
