About Espresso Underground

In 1999 Espresso Technical started life to service and repair espresso coffee machines. Gradually, over time, the company expanded to include machine and coffee sales, due entirely to customer demand, so Espresso Technical now offers the complete range to guarantee superb quality coffee, now readily available on The Espresso Underground web site. The majority of similar companies usually limit the products they offer and tend to concentrate on one main product line such s coffee or espresso coffee machines. The consumables and accessories therefore take a back seat, and are kept to a minimum with just a few cursory products, Espresso Technical. is different, we offer a full range of products all essential to a smooth and seamless operation with new products being added as time allows. Of course our servicing and repair background allows us to off our customer’s unlimited technical backup. Espresso Technical is extremely proud of our range of quality coffees. We offer everything from coffee beans to filter ground, cafetiere ground with Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance blends and Organic coffee too and, to produce the required high quality coffee, we use high quality coffee machines. From single group hand fill to 4 group traditional espresso coffee machines, we showcase our favorite manufacturers including, Fracino, La Spaziale and Conti. All these machines will extract the best espresso based coffee drinks consistently. Included in our range of coffee machines for busy establishments we include a selection of coffee machine bean to cup systems, which are all extremely capable and reliable and, new to our product range, Espresso Technical.have now introduced pour and serve units for the small office to full tower event catering systems. To compliment the range of coffee and coffee machines we also offer an extensive range of accessories and consumables, including the cleaning materials required for all cafes and restaurants. As an added convenience, Espresso Technical.com also offer a large selection of spare parts for the coffee machines. We have a range of over 4000 part numbers for the majority of espresso coffee machines including Bravilor vending and pour and serve units, but they can’t all be listed on the website so, if your spare parts are not on the website, do please ask and we will be happy to help. If there is any part you need but can’t identify by name, do please send an email including the make and model number of your coffee machine, together with a photo of the part you require if possible, and we will respond ASAP with the details. In the unlikely event that you have a problem with any machine, or you need advice, then help is only ever an email away and we will respond ASAP to make sure your coffee machine is always available to offer quality coffee to your customers.

It’s a scam website. Bought parts and they still haven’t arrived months later. Emailing customer service only gets you rude responses and lies. Please order from somewhere else if you actually want to receive what you order.

Ordered a steam valve spindle for Lelit machine. They wrote back to request machine details to make sure that I had ordered the correct part. They then sent the valve body with spindle at no extra cost. A company that cares.

Horrible experience after making a purchase for the first time with this company, Espresso Underground UK. We have a special customer with an older machine and we needed a part that we couldn't find anywhere else. We eventually found Espresso Underground UK and decided to place an order at the end of January. We are now almost at the end of March and we STILL do not have the part or any kind of confirmation that it shipped. I asked for a tracking # numerous times and never got one. As a service company, we order parts all the time so we understand that sometimes mistakes and delays happen. However, our main issue/concern is the complete lack of communication since I have e-mailed repeatedly asking them for a simple tracking number, as they claimed it was shipped to us on 2/9. About two weeks ago, I e-mailed to let them know I was going to be reversing the charges as we were not getting any kind of response back. I immediately received a response back asking for me to "please bear with us" and that someone was working on getting back to me. I've sent two e-mails since then asking for some kind of update and still, nothing. Reading some of the other reviews about "excellent communication" even late at night...it's absolutely shocking to say the least considering it's been almost two months since making this purchase and it's been torture trying to get someone to respond. We reversed the charges today and will never try to purchase anything from this company ever again. If this company was in the US, I would absolutely file a report with the BBB.

I stumbled across this company on Etsy while looking for a new espresso tamper. They had a good selection and were one of the few that had a 57mm tamp instead of the usual 58mm varieties. Got my item really quickly in the mail with no issues. Can't wait to revisit for my next upgrade!

Very responsive (even late at night) and helpful in response to a (non-urgent; i.e. making the late night response even more impressive) query about a product and its price, proactively offering advice and assistance. A very refreshing experience given in recent times our experience with other businesses has been very much the opposite.

I placed an order over a month ago. The first shipment came after a week and half the things were missing, after several phone calls I was able to get one part of the missing parts and I'm still waiting for the rest. I called the phone over 20 but no success. I do not recommend! This company is a scam! There is no refund option anywhere on the website! Don't make my mistake ordering stuff from there

Ordering here is a waste of time, money and energy. The company abuses customer confidence in fair trade and products. Delivery of two fake Gaggia E90 group switches by Espresso Underground. Financial damage: €49,25 inclusive taxes and duties (NL). On the sales page, the front of the switch looks the same as the original, but upon receipt it becomes clear that you’re not dealing with genuine parts. Cheap Chinese 4-contacts switches have been used to produce these imitations, instead of delivering the original Italian made 5-contacts switches, needed to function with the Gaggia E90. These won't work. A refund should be the only way to solve it, but is neglected. The proposed replacement of the ‘right’ part after returning the delivery is no solution because of high double shipping costs of a worthless part and above all there’s no trust in this company, their products and a happy end anymore. This story leaves a bad feeling. Recently, the original Italian parts have been re-ordered at, and delivered by a decent supplier within the E.U. so without double taxes and duties, making it easier to forget.

Do not recommend buying from Espresso Underground. Placed an order on the 18th September, never received the item and no communication from the company regarding the delivery. Opened a dispute with PayPal to finally get money back. However, on the dispute back, accused myself of threatening on WhatsApp which was a complete lie. Please do not order from this company unless you are happy with donating your money and not receiving any products. If you are ordering, order via PayPal so you have some protection with buying!

I was ordered a LELIT BIANCA and Eureka Grinder on 1/8/2022 but I can’t see any update status and nothing order record in my account. So I don't know the order is in progress or missing, but the credit card was charge already.
