Just had BT fibre installed and wasn't getting the performance I needed. Jason was prompt to answer my query and came round the same day to do a site visit. He recommended hard wiring my PC to the Hub (they're at other ends of the house) and swiftly did the installation 2 days later. Excellent service all round and can highly recommend!
