Great product which has made a real difference to the grass strength and condition.

Heard about this brand from a friend and gave it a go. So glad I did. Great website, easy to order, quick delivery, beautifully packaged. Yet to see the results as I only just used the Organic Booster / Autumn application (before the snow came) but it was simple to use. Will post again when I see the results!

Great experience so far for me. Excellent post-sale emails with detailed explanations on what to do. Luke has been especially helpful via email when I've asked for advice pre purchase. Scarifying and Aerating are hard work without machines but well worth doing. Grass already looking healthier. Looking forward to a nice thick lawn in the autumn!

The whole process was seamless. I reached out to So&Mo via their WhatsApp and had all my questions answered with a genuine response, which gave me the confidence to buy. I signed up to the subscription and recieved my first feed a few days later. The package came with some really easy to understand instructions, and I applied the following weekend. The lawn itself is already looking noticeably different, and i'm very much looking forward to my next scheduled delivery and feed. All-in-all, great product, great customer service and certainly removes the headache of me scheduling maintenance.

I bought my dad a So & Mo subscription in March after seeing his lawn was mostly moss and looked patchy. A couple of applications later, his grass is looking so good that I've bought some for myself. I love that it comes in sachets ready to go, and having the product posted to me helps as a reminder to get out there and start spraying. 100% would recommend it to anyone who wants a decent patch of grass!

So impressed that a company is making lawn care so accessible. As someone who doesn't drive, having delivered to door is important to me, and the product application has genuinely transformed my lawn. I'm not an expert, so have asked the CS team for advice a couple of times and have always got a really speedy response.

There was an item missing from the delivery (hence not 5 stars). But when I reported it, the problem was dealt with very quickly and the item replaced without question by Luke.

I’m a new customer to So & Mo and I have been super impressed with the customer service. It doesn’t matter when I email them for advice, I get a response within hours usually. They have been very helpful so far. I’ve only put down one spring application so can’t really comment at this stage on the effects on my lawn. Time will tell but confident that it will improve. 4* for the customer service and if the lawn improves then it will be a 5* recommendation.

Cannot believe the difference after the winter and spring treatments. Gave it a try before spending thousands on laying a new lawn and so glad I did. Can’t wait to see the results after the summer treatment

Used both organic booster and spring feed over the last month with a two week gap between feed. Pretty much no change in grass health.
